The Swanvale management team have an established track record in the delivery of development across the UK, particularly major developments covering all sectors including; mixed use city centre regeneration, city office buildings, retail, leisure and housing.

 

As former directors of regeneration specialist Stannifer Developments, the original management team recognised the opportunity for value creation within a recovering property market through their collective property and development expertise, and formed Swanvale in 2011.

Swanvale have subsequently delivered 150,000 sq ft of projects at MIRA Technology Park, including Haldex (20,000 sq ft building), the MIRA Technology Institute, Plots 9 and 44, and have an extensive history of development at MIRA.
